Ingredients

    Low Carb Guac Toast with Pork Rinds:

    • 2 cups Southern Recipe pork rinds, finely crushed
    • 1 Egg
    • 2 Tbsp. Heavy cream
    • 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
    • 1/2 Tbsp. Baking powder
    • Guacamole as a topper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.

Microwave batter for 90 seconds. Let rest for 2 minutes.

Use a soft spatula to gently remove the toast from the bowl.

Fry toast in butter until both sides are golden.

Serve hot with your favorite guacamole on top.
